The Village of Chestnut Ridge Justice Court sessions are on the second and fourth Mondays and third Wednesdays of each month. Unless otherwise noted on the calendar below matters heard at each session are as follows:
2nd Monday, 5:30 pm: Traffic, Village Matters
3rd Wednesday, 6:00 pm: Civil and Traffic
4th Monday, 5:30 pm: Criminal
When you come to Court, please bring your Court notice with you to expedite the check-in process (a Traffic Ticket isn’t a Court notice-please check our FAQ’s). Note, no food or drinks are allowed in the Court. All cell phones must be shut off.
