The Village of Chestnut Ridge Justice Court sessions are on the second, third and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted on the calendar below matters heard at each session are as follows:
2nd Wednesday: Traffic, Village Matters
3rd Wednesday: Traffic, Small Claims, Justice
4th Wednesday: Criminal
When you come to Court, please bring your Court notice with you to expedite the check-in process (a Traffic Ticket isn’t a Court notice-please check our FAQ’s). Note, no food or drinks are allowed in the Court. All cell phones must be shut off.
