Hours of Operation:  Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Village Clerk’s Office oversees the basic services provided to residents of the Village including garbage collection, recycling, street maintenance, and street lighting. Residents with concerns and questions may contact the office during business hours.  The Clerk’s office also provides access to official documents within the village, including minutes of meetings of the Village Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.  All non-building related permits are issued by the Village Clerk.

The Village Clerk also serves as the Registrar of Vital Statistics, issuing both birth and death certificates for the Village of Chestnut Ridge.

The Village Treasurer serves as Financial Officer and Receiver of Taxes for the Village.
